Use the flag option instead of making a post like this. The mods will be notified if you do, then they can ban him.

As others mentioned, please just flag and dismiss these comments when possible instead of creating a post about it. The flag gives us one button to dismiss and block the user and is the easiest way to deal with it. Thanks.
